So, when Page Stationery sent out an email the other day (to all of their retailers) about their stationery special and wedding invitation special (that I'll blog about tomorrow), they also featured an invitation that we helped design for a client's husband's 40th birthday! I was super excited when I reached the bottom of the email and saw the picture (professional picture) of the invitation.
The client that we designed this for is literally the "perfect client". She does not live in Austin, but she'll email us and give the specifics of her party and then a general idea of what she would like. We then get to find fun ideas for her and use our creative licence. Always a fulfilling project when you really love the project, client and outcome. The above card was originally shown as a save the date card in Page's Duet line, but featured different ink colors and a different backing pattern. We were able to customize it to make it perfect for a BBQ Tasting, that isn't too staid or stereotypical.
Needless to say, I always LOVE what this client selects (probably because I always select options for her that I love too and she is very open minded)! Obviously Page Stationery liked it as well - which is even more flattering! Many thanks to Page Stationery for their professional photography and showcasing one of our projects. And many thanks to our many "perfect clients" for making our jobs so fun!
